The Power 2 Inspire Foundation is seeking gifted musicians/producers, ambitious singers/songwriters and high potential music business innovators between the ages of 18-25 both domestically and internationally, who desire to learn the behind the scenes of what it takes to succeed in the music industry.
Although the overall mission of Power 2 Inspire Foundation is inclusive to all, this virtual Summer Program is specifically tailored to BIPOC young professionals.
The Power 2 Inspire Virtual Summer Internship/Mentorship Program is taking place Monday, July 7th – Friday, August 1st, 2025 on Zoom. Over the last six years, we are proud to have empowered and transformed the future careers of over 175 young creatives throughout the U.S. and abroad.
Participants can expect to receive:
- Master classes from domestic and global music professionals in all areas of the industry
- Interactive presentations
- Virtual guest scholar lectures
- Case study presentations
- Access to alumni interns and mentors
Over the course of four weeks, interns will get the chance to explore career growth insights from world class music industry professionals who have shaped the sounds, trends, and business of today. From music legends and icons to contemporary artists and leaders in cutting edge music technology, participants will receive unparalleled insights into the art, business, and innovation of music.
Candidate Requirements:
- Students or workforce ready young adults between the ages of 18-25
- Must be able to commit to the required time of 3 days a week for a total of 2.5-3 hours per day (11:00amET – 12:15pmET then 12:30pmET – 1:45pmET)
- Must have access to a computer or tablet and internet. No phone usage will be accepted.
- Applicants must make a commitment to complete the full four-week program. No exceptions.
