The Power 2 Inspire Virtual Summer Internship / Mentorship Program is proud to return for its 5th year welcoming 36 gifted musicians, producers, ambitious singers and songwriters and high potential music business innovators who are eager to gain invaluable industry insights.

While we aim to foster inclusivity of all individuals, this internship program is designed with a specific focus on cultivating a diverse group of BIPOC music creators and business leaders.

Over the course of 4 weeks of digital mentor-mentee engagements, interns have the opportunity to receive a 360° global view of the music industry from respected mentors from all throughout the U.S. and the world.
